I hope this makes sense and if you have any questions let me know. A Lady in our ward is doing this; I asked her if she wouldn't mind giving me a full year. When she did I notice that some things were left out. Like T.P. toothbrushes fruits and veggies rice and other things. So I went ahead and modified it. If there is anything that you would like to change for your family then please feel free to it, will not hurt my feelings.

  • Just a FYI Sugar, Salt, Powdered Milk, Soups Tuna, and Fruits do met the required amounts for a family of 5. The others you may need a little bit more of. This is by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints standers.

  • OK One more thing remember fruit and Veggie season you can buy this stuff dirt cheap if not free and bottle it yourself. Have fun doing this and doing get overwhelmed. And Thank You Lara for giving me a award
  • OK I promise this one is it. This Week food storage items are,
  • Week 5: 4 cans of Tuna 10 lb wheat.
  • Week 6: 5 lb flour 4 cans of veggies.
