When I'm pregnant my lower back really really hurt bad to a point I can't walk at the end of the day. My doctor always send me to the physical therapist but I hate it. It takes 2 hours out of my days, then I have to try to find a babysitter pay the babysitter and wast money on gas. So most of the time I just reschedule and then don't make it to that appointment. So I wanted to try and find something else. I decided I would try Yoga I'm really not a big fan of Yoga , But a DVD at Target only cost 13.00 so no big lose right!
I have to say it did the trick, I only do it for about 20 mins and man I feel 100% better. I even think I'll do it after the pregnancy.
That's WAY better than paying for Physical Therapy and a bbsitter! Oh, and I want to see a pic of the baby bump!

ReplyDeleteKathy got me on to Namaste Yoga. Its on early morninings (TIVO) on the FIT channel. It really easy going, but very effective too. Free and convienient in my living room. Also, my Doc told me today to do about 15-20 'Cat' Stretches a day it will ease the pressure. I hope it works. It sounds like what I have...Good Luck and Feel Better!!!
