Fun thoughts.

I have promise my sister in law Mary from Crafty Gals that I would do this.
I love to read books to my kids and then do Craft.
This idea came to me when I was teaching. I was trying to find
"The Little Red Hen" But I came across this book
"The Little Red Hen (makes a pizza) "
What a cute book. I thought to my self this would make a great Chore cart.
Here is how
1st Read the book to your kids and get them involved.
2ND How many people do you have in your family?
that will be the amount of slices there are.
3rd The toppings will be your chores make sure they are age appropriate, ALSO make sure
everyone has chores to do.
4Th you can put them in a envelope or for fun make a bowl and pull them out of there.
When they are done put them on the pizza.
5Th when the pizza is all full you can have a pizza party.
I would love to make this chore chat but two out of the three don't eat pizza so this would not work for me.
When making a chore chat make sure it's something you can stick by, and something that works for You and your family.

Here are some others idea.
I hope you enjoy.

I'm making my magnet boards this week Love them.
There are some many ways you can do chore chart. What do you do and does it work for you.

My house and Christmas what happen.

I guess " when it rains it pours "
Our roof started right after the kids Christmas break and right before Christmas
Perfect timing right.

Here is our Roof
Well some of it.
Here are some photo of the inside

We also had some fans downstairs in the basement.
One of the worst part of it was the fans they were SO LOUD.
People would come over to our house knowing we would be home ring the door bell pond on the door honk the horn and we still could not hear them.
They were LOUD!!!!

We ended up have to spend Christmas at out in laws place.
Which was a blessing in disguise. It was the last Christmas that we had with Nana.
Any ways Uncle Jason helped us make cookies for Santa.
He did a great job Love that guy.

There is a spacial bond with Grandpa and Mason.

I did it I made them. My sister and I had PJ just like these when we were young.
I know this because my grandma made them for us.
My grandma moved and when she did she held a yard sale.
I helped out with it and asked if I could have this box of patterns.
When I got home I opened it up and remember all the outfit she made for the grand kids.
I think they turned out great Thank you Linda for helping me with the first one.
My girls love them.
I can't wait to make ones next year.
I also made some for Tanner but we didn't take a picture fast enough.

Home Coming.

My kids were so excited to have Nana and Grandpa come home.
They missed there fight so they came home latter that night I think it was 11:00.
So I need to stay home with the sleeper ( Tanner, McKenna, and Mason )
Emma was the only one that could stay awake.
they served in the London, England Mission.

As I look throw the photos I can't help to think about the reunion Nana is having or had.
I can't help but think of the angels that were there to greet her.
Her mother and father that she was so close to.
Grandpa made a statement in his talk.
They would kid around saying " On Wednesday they didn't need to worried about there new company one there mission.
They already know if they would get along they never switched.
She passed away on Wednesday she left her mission on either and transfer to a new area.
We love you Nana then, now and forever.
Here is your sack it XOXOXOX

To my son Conner.

To my first born, my son, my angel,
You have been gone for 9 years
You have 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
I teach them about you and where you at.
I teach them about the way you made me grow and how we need to be extra good so we can be together as a family.
Son as you know our Nana passed away from earth I want you to keep a good eye on her.
Teacher her the in and outs of things. If you have ice cream or anything like that in heaven give her a extra helping.
Honey when I think of you I still get all teary eyed I still think of the moments we had together.
I still remember you face sometime I see it in your brothers and sister when they sleep.
I remember you LONG toes that your dad gave you and your fingers too.
I remember holding you in my arms and hopping you would wake.
I remember the room the lights, smell, the nurses, the blanket that they wrapped you in.
I remember the look on everyone face of sadness.
Son I know that someday I will get to raise you. I know we will be together forever. I know that you still live your spirit is working had to help others on the other side.
I love you more then you know thank you for teaching me so much, helping me grow I wont do you shame I love you son then now and forever.

Temple Square.

Yes McKenna really thought we were going to see Jesus.
She keep on saying "Ok now when do we get to set on his lap"
Sweet girl !!!!

Our family we to Temple Square for FHE.
My husband thought I was crazy for going then.
The only thing was is that we went before it got dark.
The lines were short and by the time that we were done every one started to come.
That's the nice thing about having a husband out of work.

Santa pictures.

We went to this FUN FUN place this year.
It's free so bonus and we got to see Santa and some of his helpers.
The place is called String Town It's made up of I want to say five houses and they made train tracks all around the house.
We went into a house and there they had Santa with cute little elves.
After that we went back onto the train singing "Away in the manger"
the train went around the track but with pictures of Christ and his life teaching.
The true meaning of Christmas LOVE it.

I want to give a big Thank you to all the people that helped our family though the Holidays.
We truly felt loved and the spirit of the Holidays.
I have to give a big shout out to UCCU that took our kids wishes and made them come true.
I also want to thank you all for your loving prays in behave of our family.

Tanner knows who it works

McKenna was so close this year.
I think next year she will do it all by herself.

If you give Emma candy she is puddy in your hands.
I'm working on that.

As you can see Mason had no problem going to Santa.
